@lipinbc Aswan is very very safe. Nubians are very nice, honest people. They are a pleasure to see and to get to know. In fact, they are well-known by their honesty. In Elephantine, for instance, the owner of the local souvenir store used to leave the merchandise OUTSIDE in the open air, all night. And nobody would take it or steal it.

This is a great clip - love some of the images you've captured. But I thought Aswan was kind of lawless - is this true?
