    b/b)O(

  • can you have videos that show how to attach beads to projects like headbands and caps or belts... tnx

  • @cats23sara I do have a video that shows how to attach beads.

  • I started from scratches after not working on a single crochet project for ages. Now I've made a few of bags by making tons of granny squares. I'm planning to sell them as soon as I have enough stock. I owe you my future business. Thank you for being so kind in sharing your knowledge.

  • subbed

  • I love the way the butterfly looks at the end, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to do the magic circle. Is there a way I could do chains instead, or do I have to do the magic circle?

  • @SilentRose62 You can work a chain 3 or 4 and join.

  • This is absolutely beautiful! I've followed your instructional vids on crocheting for about a couple of months, and they have been a great help! They are some of the best on you tube. I think my crocheting is really good because of your vids. Thank you for your inspiration.

  • @stephsmiley2004 I appreciate your kind words, thank you!

  • Thank you so much it's verry helpful <3

  • I've seen many of your crocheting videos.

I was wondering if you knit too? It's hard finding good knitting tutorials and that reply to your questions fairly quickly!

Thank you or this one too, I added a butterfly to my beret :)

  • @EpicMiniMac I'm sorry I do not knit.

  • butterfly? this is a butterfly? xD

  • @SchneiKiff Yes it is a butterfly! Time code 8:28 shows the butterfly!

  • Thanks for your videos! It makes learning to crochet new things so much easier.

  • @sheri304 You are welcome! I appreciate the comment!

  • i really wish i had someone to walk my through on how to crochet. i can knit but for some reason i find this hard to pick up. =/ its so lovely i wish i could do this.

  • @xXDeathKittieXx I recommend that you start with learning one stitch at a time. The double crochet may be a good place to start. Keep practicing!

  • @xXDeathKittieXx i started out as a knitter....and always thought crocheting was way too hard for me...but i started watching these videos and kept practicing. Now i find that it is easier to crochet than it is to knit. Just start out slow and make a simply project like a scarf or something with an easy stitch (single stitch, double stictch, etc...I like the double stitch because i finish my projects in double the time!!!)...than pick up from there. ^_^ best of luck

  • @Phaythful Thank you for sharing your advice!

  • Thank you so much for sharing how to do this, i am going to make one to make a hairclip for my 4 year old, her and I say Thank you!

  • @dianagraff You are welcome to share a picture on my crochet page on Facebook when you are finished.

  • You are such a talented life saver! You have so many videos and they're all very simple and everything you crochet comes out perfect! I completely stopped reading the book that came with my hooks, just look at the title of the stitch and find them on your videos! Please keep making more diverse crochet videos for this art! :]

  • @CelestialStorm24 Thank you. I appreciate the comment.

  • too Fast!!!!!

  • Ur videos are great. I've been crocheting afgans forever but was always too afraid to try anything else. U have taught me A LOT in the past couple of days. Thank you for taking the time to teach us all :)

  • @CastleRaisins Thank you. :)

  • Hi! I just wanted to thank you because with your videos I have learned A LOT!!! Keep uploading!

  • I appreciate the comment, thank you.

  • Many people have learned how to make a butterfly from this pattern.

  • Can you show us how to make the calla lily dollie motifs? Please Thank You .

  • i bought all this stuf, and its more irritating than claming cause it doesnt have NOTHING on the packs on how to do it, and if it does it says weird words i dont understand all i watned to do as get started making something but im so mad and stressed out right now

  • This project is interchangeable with different size hooks and yarn.

  • i really wanna learn, does it get easier?

  • It gets easier with practice.

  • NO matter how many times i watch, i am amazy by the speed. i've been crocheting since i was 7, and i'm not even as fast or acurate like you are. Great job and love your video's

  • Thank you. Happy crocheting.

  • Also, im going crazy because it dont say what needle or hook to use in any of these viedos if it does its ..its said weirdly and i dont understand it :( im so angry.

  • There is no specific size that you have to use. I used 4 ply yarn and a size I/5.5mm crochet hook in the video.

  • MJ1 fan, " whats "weirdly"? learning takes time, get familiar with all the abbreviations and crochet terms. don't be in patient, go to the more info section of Teresa's videos and click on her other links. she has tons of information for all levels of expertise. oh and don't be rude!! remember, Teresa's is considered a talented artist She's A PROFESSIONAL and to insult a pro from your level is downright ridiculous. ask anyone who knows her. "weirdly" sheesh!

  • i absolutely LOVE your videos. thank you for all the time and hard work. I have enjoyed learning to do some new stuff with my crochet hooks instead of blankets all day long. haha Anyway- thank you- I keep coming back for more.

  • You are welcome. I appreciate the comment. :)

  • if you wanted to use a chain instead of the magic circle how many do you chain?

  • You can try a chain of 3 or 4 and join.

  • thanks for all ur videos in the last 2 hours i have learnt the love heart and the butterfly. there is a really nice blanket that i have the pattern for and i am only learning to chrochet so i cant understand it. but by watching ur videos i think i may be able to work out how to make it now.

    :)

  • Keep practicing and you will get the hang of the stitches.

  • the beginning is alot like a granny square

  • Yes, it is. Great observation. Seeing things like that will help you recognize the similarity in other patterns. Were you able to work through this pattern?

  • I can crochet, but I am left handed and I somehow tricked myself into doing it right handed and left handed is uncomfortable now, so how do I get a good grip once I complete the magic circle?

  • Pull the magic loop apart. There will not be much to grip on to until you get more crocheted. You have to hold it between your fingers, sort of pinching it.

  • n/m i know what i did wrong. I only crocheted one shell in each loop instead of two.

  • Mine came out as a circle shape, what di did do wrong?

  • like always your work is great, did you see the new video i added i made a butterfly. tell me what you think

  • You do very nice work. The chicken is cute.

  • Thankyou!

  • I don't know how to chrochet at all, but I kind of want to learn. But that was a cute butterfly.

  • wow that looks so hard . ur very good

  • Thank you. :)

  • Wow, this is awesome. I love you videos! I am just learning all the crocheting techniques and am understanding things alot clearer with your instructions. I will be sure to forward your vids to others. :)

  • Thank you. :)

  • Ohh that's awesome!! could you teach me how to crochet a tiger o a cat pleaseeee?? thanks!!

  • Like a three dimensional type of stuffed cat?

  • yep please ,i'm going to give it as a christmas present for my youngest cousin and she is crazy about cats :)

  • what size is a H crochet hook?

  • It is equal to a 5mm.

  • thank you!

  • this is beautiful thanks for sharing lady

  • Thank you. :)

  • wow that's creative! visit my profile so we can chat......TTYL

  • hi i am trying to learn how to crochet a moon for my daughters blanket do u think u can help me with that

  • What type of moon are you looking for? A crescent shape moon?

  • omg so fun but dificult!

  • cool

  • Is it possible to make an aghan just using the hexagon shape and attaching them all together?

  • Yes, that is what is called crocheting a Motif. You can attach them together as you go or sew them together later. I have made an afghan out of what was a thread motif pattern. You will see it in my afghans video with some of the afghans that I have made. Even though a pattern is written for thread, I have found that they can be done with yarn.

  • For height purposes my book says to do three chain stitches before completing another row when doing the double crochet. But in this case you're going around the circle. Is that why you do two chains instead of three?

  • Each time I move up to another row I do a chain 3 for my first double crochet. It is all the same if you chain 3 at the end of the old row or the beginning of the new row. The chain 3 is really the start of a new row so that is how I write my instructions.

The chain two is inbetween the set of 3 double crochet and is for the corner increases.

  • Ah so the chain 2 between the double crochets is what makes it have the hexagon shape right?

  • Yes, the chain 2 is for the shaping and makes the points.

  • Thanks for sending this tutorial. I'm a little confused by the magic ring but I'm sure I'll figure it out. That butterfly turned out cute. I can make a few to decorate my classroom. ^__^

Thanks again for sharing your skills with us!!!

  • how do you do that magic loop thingy????

  • wow!!! girl youre a genious

  • thank you!!!!!!!!

  • Thank you!!!!!

  • Cute!
