i heard that westport is full of racist white people who drive bentleys and ferraris, and none of their houses go under 2 million dollars. also i hear that all of their kids have to go to ivy league schools . . . just to sum everything up, i hear westport is a town full of snob-buckets . . . i dont want to go there anymore i prefer west hartford -_-

I think you're thinking of Darien, 2 towns away. That town had a gentlemen's agreement for years, where they banned Jews. Westport is different, IMHO. Not saying I plan on livin' there, I'm sure the snob factor is there, but it's actually a pretty liberal town & well known for it. PS, I prefer WH too - I live there now. :)

Westport is one of my favorite places to visit in the summer time... There's a lot to do near the water!

Westport is such a great little town, and it's just beautiful on the water. Not far from the city, either!

Westport has a great history dating back many centuries to the arrival of the Europeans, and even before that with the first settlers.

This is a beautiful little town right on the water. Right up there with one of my favorite towns in southwestern CT.

I love how this area is so accessible to the LI Sound. It amounts to endless recreation during the summer

I once stayed at a bed and breakfast near in Westport right near the LI Sound.. very romantic!
