a i found the solution guys/girls..the same thing happend to my blackberry and all i did was leave it there and just wait for a few mintues maybe an hour dont touch it just leave it there un paused and the ball will return u will just lose 1 ball
ohh man that sucks ..i finally got to lvl 34 yesterday :] and my new score is 20,580 lvl 8 i was only able to finish lvl 34 and lost in lvl 8 around 2:30 am haha i was falling asleep
It's not "warp", it's "wrap". It allows the paddle to wrap around the left and right walls (disappearing from once side and reappearing on the other). A "wrap" is canceled by a "catch" pill, but not vice versa.

but i eventually beat the game once you beat it nothing happens you just restart all the levels till you loose all your live and try to get a high score

Right now I am at 15x(level6/34). My score right now is 266630 and I have 88 lives. Once you go through the game twice the bricks still continue to fall faster but the ball does not pick up speed. It is much easier from that point on
Right you are. I finally got past the second time through, and now it's a piece of cake. Just have to avoid the wormhole, that's all. I'm now at 311140 on 17x(33/34) with 76 lives. This game is really fun now.
Update: I'm now on level 27x(1/34) with a score of 468260 and 127 lives. The 27x means I'm now starting my 28th time through the 34 levels, because it showed 2x at the beginning of my 3rd time through.

dude no offense but if that's your highscore then you suck my highscore is 30650 but just to avoid that just wait until that little hole gets bigger keep the ball down and then try and get the ball up try that and you'll see

i know a way to get u past lvl 34.hit the ball off your paddle and the bottom of the landscape.once u've bounced it 50 times as u know the landscape will start droping down let it drop down once lose a life so stoping the progressing landscape. by the way when the landscape drops, the whole that ur ball got stuck in will be in-large-ind making it so your ball wont be stuck there anymore
i know away u can avoid what happened to u.keep hitting the ball off ur paddle on to the bottom of the landscpae untill the landscape starts to drop down.then the hole isn't small any more.therefore no more glitch. ( respond )

this same glitch happened to me at a much lower level...I don't remember when in the game it happened, but as soon as you said what happened I knew what you were talking about.

Yes, at level 34, there is just the one brick you see. It starts out with that middle column of metal bricks being flush against the top wall. But as you know, the entire brick array starts marching down. In this case, it left a small gap or crevice in which the ball will disappear.

This seems to be unique to the pearl. The 8820 has other issues.
