it's not illegal by god to wear make up in public. Maybe illegal by stupid people who have interpreted the quran and called it "hadith", but that's about as close as it gets. This bone hijab cap is a polycotton band that is wider from the front and is open from the top.

this type of hijab is called amira.. normally it would just accompany another piece of almost elastic fabric that goes over the headband looking piece first and stay put w/o a pin. but the way she does it is put the head band aka amira on and wrap the scarf around it after. I do it both ways, and if you would like to wrap it makes it easier than just folding the fabric in corners of your face bc then it starts to come off and require frequent fixing.

May be Mohammed really wanted muslim women to be saved from rape and harassment. But those who are supposed to rape or harass her are muslim men and in an Islamic country, which means the regular readings of Quran, the 5 times a day prayers, the madrasas, mosques and mullahs who all preach to no end by denying any culture, art, music and entertainment to the men do not make them any less rapists than they were before Islam. So, women need to be veiled. Thus, they accept here Islam has failed.
