Definitely the best thing in what was a ridiculous year (musically and results wise). And intervals are often better than semifinals.

I was at the Telenor Arena for the final on Saturday. It was the most amazing interval act ever with everyone involved, the atmosphere was just electric.

I really home this will become an annual tradition now at Eurovision, so much better than some of the cheesy interval acts of the past...

I have to say, I thought the best ever interval act was Dana International with the Isreali dancers at the foot of King Davids Tower singing Stevie Wonders 'Free'- (now that DID give me goosebumps) but at the end of watching this, when the all the participants from around Europe were clapping and saying thank you, that brought a lump to my throat.. how wonderful to see all the nations coming together in unity, peace and joy like that.. bloody marvellous!!!
