I don't like that entrance. You will limit the size and flow of the jump and the possibility of a 2A someday. Success is good but is poor technique really worth it?
@RandyGla A lot of skaters start out using that entrance when they first learn the axel. It isn't bad technique and it isn't going to inhibit future progress. All the coaches at my rink start their skaters with that same entrance and gradually work up to back crossovers into the axel as skaters become more comfortable and more consistant with the jump.
that was really good. just for future reference, try keeping ur posture straight. u tend to lean forward and thats y the landing is not perfect,yet. just keep ur frame position up right and ull b perfect! btw how long have u been skating?

It's not that hard! You just have to focus on completing the rotations first, then worry about landing on one foot...
