Its like a double meaning. Its called Fan to refer to fans. The beginning shows it when he says even though I cant have you and even though you dont know who I am and stuff. But it can also be about an obsessive one sided love. In the video she tries to send him to the stars (cause he's a star) on the rocket but ends up killing him.

It's about a girl that is like really a fan of some guy to a point where its an obsession so she kidnaps him and she sees that she made a mistake but it's too late to turn back so she comes up with a plan and thats why she built the rocket thing.She wanted the guy to be with the stars because she thought he deserved to be one but ended up accidentally killing him.

Epik High really stands out amoung other korean bands because their songs tell stories. Most kpop songs, you could sing it to someone you love or something.But with Epik High, there's a song for everyone. You can listen to the song and be taken aback, thinking 'this song was written for me...'

@EmmaNErik Haha I don't doubt it. But yeah the song is based off how korean fan girls get over these bands. Some of them really do try to kidnap the band members like expressed in this music video. Even recently some fan girls wrote letter in blood (one cut her wrist one used her period blood) saying that they want to be with the artists the letters were addressed to.

Then she comes into his room to give him a new shirt, but notices that he smells. So in a misguided attempt to help him to stop stinking, she puts him in a clothes washer. He nearly drowns, but somehow survives. She keeps working on the rocket, and she's almost done. He tries to douse himself in gasoline and set himself on fire to get away from her, but she extinguishes him because she doesn't want him to die.

When she tries to give him food, though, he shoves it away violently, scaring her and making her upset because she thought she was being caring and helpful and nice by giving him food. She then lays her head on his lap and they cry, him because he's upset and wants to go home, and her because he's miserable. So she starts to build a rocket so she can launch him among the stars so that he can be her 'star', since he's miserable and she doesn't want anyone else to have him.

She imagines dragging him to a hideout and chainivg him to a bed in a room sovthat he can't leave. She watches him through a monitor in another room. He wakes up and finds out that he's chained, and yells because he's scared and upset. She covers her ears and cries out because she hates seeing him miserable. So she tries to convey her feelings (basically the lyrics of the song) to him through the drain.

Here's what I've gathered: A girl is Tablo's fan (basically he's a stand-in for any celebrity), and she finds him and tazes him. But she's thinking about what she wants to do next.

At times you don't have to be famous in order to have this sort of things happen to you, with said "Fans". I've had my share of stalkers and people who claimed love, when in actuality their actions and faces read, "I am obsessed with you, and I will be the only one to have you." Some people take admiration, or respect to an entirely new field. People can be so strange, sometimes.
