this is Agalychnis callidryas aka the red eye tree frog, not in any way poisonous. For the most part tree frogs are not in anyway harmful/poisonous, their toxins are not potent to humans. You are thinking of dendrobates frogs, they do not climb since they don't have pads on their toes

From what I understand, the poisonous attribute comes from a certain plant they eat in the wild. Pet/captive frogs that are fed other things will therefore not be poisonous.

There are many animals that obey this, but it's not universal. The poisonous ones often have bright colours to warn predators, but also many none poisonous ones have evolved similar colours to trick predators into thinking they're poisonous too. And some are just that way for the sake of it.

You have a beautiful red eyed tree frog I love it but, oils from humans will break down their protective layer on their skin. They will get sick and die. If you want to handle frogs [tree frogs] wear smooth cloth gloves. Also do not pull them off of things it will tear tear their legs off. Enjoy your frog times :-)

Red Eyed Tree Frogs are by far the coolest frogs EVER. but i love all tree frogs with the large toes. they look so cool. havent seen any wild tree frogs in years. just pickerel, green, and bull.

BTW, It's says in the description red-eyed tree frogs are poisonous but I think your thinking of dart frogs. Red-eyes are definitely not poisonous, but even poisonous frogs are susceptible to oils, lotions, etc on our hands because their skin is semi-permeable which allows them to absorb water and oxygen in their environment. A little bit of light handling isn't going to hurt it, but you can't expect to play with it every day like a gerbil or bearded dragon.

@lexii1958 Relax kid, the frog's fine. She didn't pull it's legs, she just tried to grab it. You don't experience pain when someone lifts your arm up, and it didn't feel pain when she tried to recover it. The legs were fully in it's natural range of motion.
