  • When Im settling a bug with a few in the meeting and when someone can say: lower priority on that, raise the priority on that, differ this, close that, I am always so impressed because I cant do that. I cant think that fast I always need more time to think about different perspectives..

  • when there is time and you cant do that with every bug in your bug bits. I always manage to compliment myself with people who are very good at making quick decisions and I position myself so I can apply my strength, analyze the bigger questions, propose solutions but stress free rapid-fire decision making, I tried and I found the best solution is to find people who are very great at it and work with them.

  • Usually I am able to inspire my team and I usually do good job aligning their passions and skills with the companys needs but when I cant get the person to want to do the job and I got to have on the tough conversation, I struggle thats when I turn to my manager for guidance and support. Sometimes you got to be tough but it doesnt come out naturally from me and its a real challenge for me when it happens.
