It seems like the way OTH depicted murder in the show is extremely accurate... more accurate than I've seen any other show make it out to be. It just shows what it does to the actual murderer and how "normal" people really can't murder others without it ruining their life as well. It wasn't like once he got out of prison things went back to normal. It's sad to see but it seems real. In other shows that have murder, the murderer just gets over it and everything goes back to normal in no time.

Don't get me wrong i feel for him, and his storylines are one of the best things about OTH, but i just don't see how they can do it on the show. At least not in Lucas/Nathan/Karen's eyes.

That's a good point about Keith's death. I think Keith would have tried to forgive him. And yeah i agree Jamie has the bigger heart it's strange how children can see things a lot simpler and clearer than adults. Although he never did know Keith so he doesn't know what was taken. I would really like at the very end of the show for there to be some sort of resolution between Dan and his sons. For it to go full circle.

It seems it can all run away from you so easy.. One moment. One fraction of a second can change anything, and in this case for the worse.
I think Dan Scott has had one of the greatest impact on the whole series, and I've always sort of liked him.. Despite all he has done.
