Are you also taking vitamin D? Mine was low preop, too. I was put on 50,000 i.u. weekly and it came right up. Postop, I stopped taking it and it dropped again. So now, I'm back on it (for life now). Most people in the U.S. are vitamin D deficient but don't know it, according to the docs/surgeons I've spoken to. It'd be a good idea for everyone to have that lab tested!

yes i am taking one pill a week. 3 bucks each. for my vit D. but can i get you to talk to my aunt who is on her way over here to cook me some liver and onions?? for my iron diffency. giggles im not eating it.

Sorry to hear you are postponed but you are doing well on your own. Hang in there, it will happen.  I was postponed for 4 months and it drove me crazy but the wait was worth it.

yes well i fig the less i weigh the easier the vsg and hernia repair will be. im kinda glad now cuz my sons wedding is tonite and if i were still old schedule i would be having surgery in two days. i dont think i would have enjoyed the wedding as much. waves~~~

I should have watched all your vids as I just did B4 I asked you all those questions in my message....lol. You & I had the same hair. My son saw me watching your vid & at first said "Is that you?" yes i fig if i was gonna start losing hair i wanted it shorter to start with. i loved plholts hair at the meet. it was so cute. i tried to describe her look to the haircut lady. thanks for noticing. waves~~

what about taking vitamin d in pill form to avoid sunburn and skin cancer? i'm super sensitive so 15 mins in the sun has me blistered lol

I know your disappointed right now but its for the best cause your immune system is weakened so much after surgery.I had gone through the same thing with my PCP about delaying surgery cause of my Bi-Polar disorder and my surgeon thought that was kinda odd cause I was already cleared by the Pysch doctor but anyway I switched PCP's and Im back on for July 27th...I hope your levels come up quickly so you can be rescheduled.

im lucky vitamin D is free. i doubled by broad spectrum vitamins. now i just wait 6 wks. i fig it will give me time to learn more of what all these new skinny yt folks already know. thanks for viewing. waves~~~
