So is it.... 5.99 for the characters and 5.99 for the levels? I think that AT LEAST Snake should be free.... since if you buy the levels and not the sackboys you can't play with any Metal Gear characters.

Yes, if you use the sticker @ 2:08 in the beginning. You get a different stage layout and I believe that's where you get other bubbles too. :)

in the first act how do you get the secret items? and if they involve stickers which stickers?

its a trigger sticker so its labeled like normal levels. If it doesn't show up you don't have it yet.

I don't remember but it looks like a bullet hole. The sticker is in the MGS pack at least.
