I was in a Baptist church where the pastor got $48k a year and there were only 77 people in the church, and the pastor worked part time as well. That's $620 per person every year to keep the minister. DC have 4500 bods & based on $300k, thats only $67 each to keep their man in 6x more than a basic Baptist stipend. That mean small church Pastors (ave church in NZ is 78) are the most expensive in the country.

Destiny is therefore excellent value for money, smaller churches should be investigated.
