The Denon will run the speakers just fine, Most likely you won't need 100 watts to get ti loud. The speakers are spec'd at 50WPC and heres a tip Keep the Volume down on the sub and it will sound the best, but not all the way though just when you start to hear it, you'll be fine.
just bought a Insignia NS-HT51 on ebay for a denon Receiver but I do not have idea if the Speaker system support the 100W of Denon

sounds pretty good.. i'm now running a denon amp. it doesn't punch as hard, but its quite clearer
