I mean, I know the actual reason is that Hot Toys made a completely different mould, and painted it a little differently, but then there may also be a story behind why they are different too so....... that's just a little theory. So like, the Mark 3 is now like a Mark 3.5 after the tank and jet fighting but.............just a theory.

Now, there may actually be a theory behind why the two mark 3's are a little different, (Thinner, brighter colour, ect). The original Mark 3 might of been the one that went to blow up his own equipment in that other country he went to, and if you remember, his armour got pretty punished when fighting the tank taking F-22 raptor jet fire and such, so Stark may of cleaned it up and stuff, and perhaps fix a few damaged items. And then the Iron Monger fight, was what made the current battle damage.

dont know why his red paint would be scratched off toe reviel silver metal! his suit is made of a gold metal therefor would scratch gold! AND when his houlders move farward to reviel his shoulder artilary his chest is supposed to lift at the top aswell :P

Hot toys had really shitty cheaper toys that are highly outranked by companies like NECCA, but their more expensive toys are by far top tier (the best)... doesnt really make sense

I guess they hope you buy their best toys and get impressions off them rather then wasting cash on the cheaper ones
