  • hey look its Frank Colluta

  • Thank god Ginger died, she had it coming to him. Too bad she didn't have her childhood friend Lester to go back to, he either died or he gave up on her like Sam and Nicky did.

  • @Bartels92lol I saw the whole movie when I was 10 my brother introduced it to me, I was so scared.

  • @BRYANJONATHAN13 my brother showed me scarface when i was 8 the combination of the chainsaw scene and the final scene scarred me for life lol xD

  • @blablaman233 hahaha nice, basically all the R rated movies were my child hood

  • Великий фильм-легенда... Хочу в Вегас...

  • what happened to the guy at 2:54

  • @TheJd5950

It looked like they hit him with an axe in the neck, put a plastic bag over his head to disorient him and then hit him again with it to kill him. But you can't really see what the object is.

  • @theporksicle

I think it was a pipe he hit him with... LOL the funniest kill in this scene !!!

  • @SithLordNefaar022

    LOL yeah it was brutal.

  • @TheJd5950 I think he had an orgasm

  • whats that song in the back?

  • @GREENnPURP the house of the risgin sun - by the animals

  • Excelente peli, gran tema

  • Look, why take a chance; At least that's how I feel about it.........

  • nothing better forshadowes this scene than,..."when something like this happens...you know how things are gonna work out."

  • "pink, pink. pink..." for those of you who dont know what happens next

  • 12 people were buried alive with there brother

  • What did the bitch OD on?

  • it would be weird having old people in sweatpants trying to kill you

  • 12 dislikes ??? DUMPS

  • Shoutouts 2 Marty Scorsese, he knows just how to bring a scene to life :-)

The music goes SO beautifully with the scene, it's got the perfect "Be all, end all" tone which goes hand in hand with the Bosses decision to clean house in Vegas aka whacking everybody out!!!

    "I mean what's right is right, they don't give a fuck abou---AHHHHHH!"

    LMAOOOOO

  • god who knows how many undiscovered dead bodies are in that desert surrounding las vegas

  • One of the greatest scenes I have ever witnessed. Its so dramatic and real, and it ties up the movie amazingly. Not to mention this song is epic.

  • "Look..... why take a chance? At least............... That's how I feel about it."

    gotta love remo lol!

250 - 302 is the funniest kill in this video IMO, just how he bashes the dude in the throat he starts bobbing and then puts the bag over his head i'm LMAOOOO maybe i'm just a sick maniac like that.........

  • pop pop pop next

  • Poor Joe Pesci...his character was an asshole but you had to feel bad for him.

  • @Headbanger142 he i wanted him to die but that was fucking brutal had to watch his brother get beat to death and then him

  • @Headbanger142 Feel bad for him? Not really. I think you forgot he tortured a guy for 2 or 3 days and then wanted to crush his skull in a vice. Nicky had it easy. And he deserved it anyway.

  • @legion999 live by the sword die by the sword

  • wow

  • and at the end of the day they finally came to see me with the pictures

  • "At least that's how I feel..."= You better fucking whack him.

  • Because of this movie, I looked up one of my new favorite songs. Such a perfect pick for the scene.

  • I watched this movie when I was 6 on HBO. The Pesci beat down was probably the most traumatic thing I'd seen as a kid. Desensitized me for sure. I was raised on some fucked up movies; Predator 1&2, Casino, Sands of Iwo Jima, Alien saga,Arnold movies...Everything a growing boy needs.

  • This scene and "Layla" playing during the whackings of "Goodfellas" are two of my favorite Scorsese scenes.

  • I can watch this movie over and over again and it never gets old <3 amazing movie

  • classic

  • what the fuck,

    why you cut the film

  • ...and then he got clipped.

  • Get some old farts to do the killings. It's all about experience...

  • @kynismos That execution was brutal at 2:55. What did the hitman strike that guy with? Clawhammer? He chunked him, pulled a bag over him, and chunked him straight on the noggin. My damn...

  • @Agent1W Yeah. Whoever ordered that hit wanted that guy to suffer... Imagine choking on your own blood after having your face smashed with blunt object.. At that point, one would welcome the skull splitting hatchet strike that came at the end of the hit.

  • @GreatLakesDrifta Ah, ok, it was a hatchet. And it seemed that the blood was coming from his mouth and nose. Ughhhhh. No walking away from that shit alive.

  • @kynismos Yeah, always get the veterans, the old tough roosters who bleed cosa nostra and know how the ins and outs of the rubout.

  • Great scene from another Scorsese classic. I love the narration from both Pesci and De Nero as well as Scorsese's incredible ability to pair music with his films. Only criticism of this clip is when the first guy, Andy Stone, gets whacked...just didn't look very realistic.

  • on of the best movie endings

  • tony was a friend of my dads, this is just hollywood he died in chicago.

  • One of My Favourites Movies

  • DeNiro looks SO FUCKIN FRESH @ 4:01 OMG

  • "One of Martin Scorsese's best uses of music in his entire career."

Yeah I agree with that. But I also like the use of "Shipping up to Boston" in The Departed

  • @sng000 The Spilotro brothers death was actually more like the Pecshi character's death in Goodfellas.... They lured them to a house out by ohare by telling them they were going to a ceremony to induct Tony's little brother into the outfit (mob)... Instead of a ceremony, they were both whacked in the basement and then buried out in a cornfield somewhere in indiana.

  • @GreatLakesDrifta They were beaten to half to death then buried alive at least from what i read.

  • No, they released some wiretap recordings where Nicolas Calabrese was actually heard saying they beat and strangled the Spilotro brothers to death in the basement and then buried him out in Indiana. They found sand in the brothers lungs at the autopsy, leading investigators to theorize they were beaten and buried alive onsite.

  • @GreatLakesDrifta anthony was become a capo and is brother a made man (but it was a trap)

  • @Lancearodriguez of course i like that one but its not scorsese those 3 are scorseses best work :)

  • If you think this is one brilliant movie pls giv a thumbs up. The dialogue, voice overs, acting, the way the scenes interweave, the story telling, the music......pure scorsese genius, possibly one of the most under rated movies ever made. Brilliant.

  • @takewhole Agreed man this along with Heat are two of the most overlooked movies of all time. They both got snubbed at the oscars.

  • Goodfellas is his best movie.

  • Great film! based on a true story. more or less everything you see really happened. look up the Stardust Casino

  • @andrademe28

Amen to that. It looked like a puerto rican version of Scarface, I shit you not. modern day gangsters make me puke, they have no balls either

  • Casino isn't my favorite Scorsese film but this is DEFINITELY one of my favorite scenes.

  • At 3:03 was something edited out? It sure looks like it.

  • @karrasfather no its a shot of the hotel ginger dies in i think she was deliberately given an overdose or something

  • @karrasfather Haha yeah it definitely is. Modern day filmmakers would not like this editing but the editing in casino is just classic and original, i love it. Like the time when sharon stone gets the keys from robert de niro's desk and when they hot Pesci in the forehead with the bat are great classic editing shots. And you can so tell they used a stunt dummy in the beginning of the movie when the car blows up. Casino = One of the best classic, original movies ever made.

  • To me this is the gangster's version of Order 66 from Star Wars Episode 3.

  • Scorsese's great at picking just the right music for the right scene

  • my no.1 favourite film followed by goodfellas then donnie brasco. god no mordern films can even compete with this...its just quality

  • so ill :-)

  • "What's right is right" joe pesci says right before Billy Batts kills him....OH THE IRONY

  • Is there any significance to De Niro's line "in the end, all she had left was 3600 mint condition coins"? In all the times I've watched this I don't know what that line is alluding to-- if anything.

  • @Goobelham Great question. The mint condition coins were mentioned earlier in the film. When Nicky got the tip from the hotel desk girl about them. That was the part where Nicky and his crew started burglarizing everyone and they stole the diamonds by breaking through the cement wall. I think they mentioned the coins here because Ginger likely got them from Nicky.

  • @Goobelham go to this link watch?v=d5CTEQ8SeIs&feature=related and listen at one minute thirty seconds to hear about the coins.

  • @AgaMbadi Ahh I see... a little gift from Nicky... thanks for answering!

  • love how joe pesci's narrating the scene he gets whacked in

  • @domoniquecrawford09 what? how?

  • Man, that old guy can kick some ass!

  • the fuck they cut off the best part :l

  • How come the mob hitmen were so old? Just curious.

  • @Damar158 1 of them actually did some of that shit in real life so they used him in Casino...His name is Frank Cullotta...search him up...I dunno about the other bigger old fella, if he was a real mobster or just an actor.

  • @Afteermath Uh...House of the Rising Sun.

  • @TulseLuper That must be the question of the year!!..lol!!!

  • @TulseLuper lol what an idiot eh.....

  • @TulseLuper are you sure XD

  • @Afteermath House of the rising sun. The Annimals. One of the best all time great songs of all time. Wake up man.

  • @Afteermath lol comeon now

  • @Afteermath ANIMALS house of the rising sun

  • @Afteermath maaaan, talk about brain fart

  • @Afteermath Lol...

  • 1:16 "Why take a chance"... Like Henry in Goodfellas said: "That's how it happens, that's how fast it takes for a guy to get whacked"

  • 3:04 nice touch w/ sound editing with the "oh nos" Love it

  • the best scene in this great movie

  • Casino has a very long sad ending. So many people die.

  • Thanks for the upload~!!!!

  • What did that old guy hit that one guy in the car with? Also, De Niro's rocking a nice suit.

  • @dukenukem252

A hatchet in the neck. Would do the trick.

  • Robert De Niro looked beautiful in this film. <3

  • That's a nice suit :)

  • Is Eric in this movie, that just sounded like him.

  • I totally agree with AverageAdam, this song is just the fucking best

  • How can you do business with these pieces of shit? There is no rules. Its a matter of luck really if you survive at all........ Then again, so is life!

  • That was pretty harsh that they would kill their consulyeri so coldly like that, after how many decades they trusted him? Mafia guys are such hypocrites, don't cheat on your wife, but killing loyal guys like that and torture and brutality is ok? By the way, what was that weapon that dude used to stun the guy in the car before he suffocated him with the bag?

  • Scorsese has the right music at the right time. Think goodfellas, departed & casino. Not only does he pick great music but plays it at the perfect spot as if that song was written for that part, thats why he's the best.

  • @JMcLovn true

  • @JMcLovn I completely agree. I have a playlist on my iTunes called "Scorsese" because the songs he uses in his films are just that good. I especially liked it when the two guys in the casino get busted, and they play "Ain't Superstitious" by Jeff Beck. The way De Niro turns his head when the guitar screams... I just think that is the definition of "cool". Or in Goodfellas when they play "Gimme Shelter" by the Stones... he's so good at picking the right songs, he makes Sinatra sound awesome!

  • @Barelybe Agreed. Scorsese and Tarantino are the masters at picking the right music for their movies.

  • @phxsns1

Tarantino is a known thief. Anyone with any discretionary knowledge Cinema, knows Tarantino rips from every obscure, foreign movie and passes it on for Originality.

Scorcese, though is a legendary one. A true genius.

  • @Romansteel13 He's a thief for picking music for his movies that fit certain scenes well?

I think we can agree that Martin Scorsese is an amazing film maker who, in my opinion, is only eclipsed by Stanley Kubrick.

But come on, you're really gonna say that you don't like Tarantino's choices of music?

  • @phxsns1

Wtf, are you talking about. I never said Tarantino stole music, I don't give two shits about his movies/or ambiance that he uses in his movies. Kubrick is great, but even he had Idols, who surpass him. I really find you hard to take seriously, if you think Kubrick is the only one who can match Scorcese.

Quentin Tarantino is a known thief, he steals parts from foreign, obscure movies, whom of which you've never heard of.

I can name 10 directors, who Tarantino steals from regularly.

  • @phxsns1

Let me clarify my position, since you apparently have a hard time comprehending.

Quentin Tarantino, steals from foreign, directors, mostly Japanese and sequences in Movies/Cinematographies/Directing Styles.

Can you name one Tarantino movie, that you find Original? I'll tell you exactly where he got the idea from, and who he ripped it off.

The man is a complete charlatan, and fraud. It pains me, that you revere him so much. Shows your taste in directors.

  • @Romansteel13 Who has he stolen from?

I don't watch a lot of foreign movies, so forgive me for my lack of knowledge concerning world filmmakers.

  • @phxsns1

"I don't watch a lot of foreign movies, so forgive me for my lack of knowledge concerning world filmmakers."

Of course you don't, you're the typical American who lacks sophistication. A quick read of your favorite movies, and I quickly deduced that. I have a DVDs collection of 30,000 movies and a BA in Film Arts. So I think I have some accreditation and credentials in the field of Cinema.

  • @Romansteel13 I should probably update that "Favorite Movies" section on my profile.

Anyway, I wouldn't say I lack sophistication. But I will say that when it comes to foreign films, I've seen The Seventh Seal, Run Lola Run, Seven Samurai and a few others. Those 3 are fantastic films. I'll be watching 8 1/2 soon.

  • @phxsns1

"I've seen The Seventh Seal, Run Lola Run, Seven Samurai and a few others. Those 3 are fantastic films. I'll be watching 8 1/2 soon."

Who hasn't seen Seventh Seal, RLR, and Seven Samurai? Just because you watched mainstream movies, does not make you subtle or sophisticated. Sophistication is knowing the nuances, the films that are unknown.

You just proved to me that you have know idea what you're talking about.

" But I will say that when it comes to foreign films"

  • @Romansteel13 What I'm saying is, I doubt that Tarantino stole from other film makers any more than Pixar stole from Kurosawa.

Are the writers at Pixar frauds as well?

  • @phxsns1

"Are the writers at Pixar frauds as well?"

Can you name one writer from Pixar?

That's what I thought, and yes. Some of them are, I know a few. Considering you're 15, I doubt you've ever even left the vicinity of your own home, let alone meet some writers at Pixar.

  • @Romansteel13 John Lasseter, Andrew Stanton...... um, that's all I know.

  • @phxsns1

Stanton and Tarantino are great friends. They exchange script ideas which each other, which is completely legal. I'm not saying Tarantino is a terrible director, I understand that you're a great fan of him. And is willing to cross hell and back to defend him. Even he admitted that he was a thief/plagiarist. And I really don't blame him. How can he fill the shoes of Kurosawa? He can't. You are just so thick-headed, that you can't admit that your hero steals.

  • @Romansteel13 Look, I'll say right now that he doesn't hold a candle to the Coen Brothers, Scorsese, Kubrick, Lynch, or Coppola. But I think dismissing him the way you do is way off. He's talented.

  • @phxsns1

I never said he wasn't talented, I understand you're 15 and your prefrontal cortex hasn't fully developed, I'll try to put it in smaller words.

I said he was a thief, that is very different is it not?

I can name 10 great thieves, that were mathematical/scientific geniuses.

You shouldn't put words in other peoples mouths.

No wonder, you like QT so much. You bought Kill Bill on blu-ray.

    HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAJHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA,

    that is just hilarious.

  • @Romansteel13 How did you know I had it on blu-ray? WHO ARE YOU?!?!?!? AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

Just kidding. And by the way, it was a smart purchase in my opinion. AMAZING AV quality.

By the way, what's a prefrontal cortex?

  • @phxsns1

The PFC, is the lobe in your brain, it's an anterior one. It's directly in front of the premotor and motors.

It's basically the part, where you plan complex behaviors, sharpen cognitive abilities, develop true sophistication. Like I said, kid. You're too young, to understand true directors and movies. That's why you said Kurosawa was the only one who was capable of making a 3h movie enjoyable. You thought QT was original, which is hilarious.

  • @Romansteel13 Yeah, I may have been a little off with that Kurosawa statement. I mean, look at Casino! Or The Godfather.

  • @phxsns1

I absolutely love Casino, the greatest duo in the world. Pileggi and Scorcese.

GF, is fantastic. Coppola, was the supreme lord of directors during the 70s'.

  • @Romansteel13 How would you compare Casino to Goodfellas?

  • @phxsns1

You can't, they're both written by Pilleggi. That's like comparing Plato & Socrates. They are the same person.

  • @Romansteel13 Which one do you like better, I mean?

I think Goodfellas is definitely more accessible to a wide audience. You're following a character, Henry, who's completely new to the crime business, just like the audience is. You go on the journey with him.

  • @phxsns1

I'd have to disagree, I'd say Casino is more accessible to the masses. Not a lot of people can relate to Assassinations, Crime Syndicates, and Cocaine. Why do you think Casino, grossed twice what Goodfellas grossed. Overall, on a contemporary basis. Goodfellas is the better out of the two, but it's very close. It's like judging fraternal twins.

  • @Romansteel13 I'm not sure either is any more or less accesible since i don't think the films are exactly alike. Goodfellas was much more of a journey through the eyes of henry and his encounters. Casino is much more of a story of a cause and effect story. Goodfellas will be remembered more just cuz it was so unique and has developed a cult following, but casino was special in so many ways.

  • @phxsns1

If you were to put a gun to my head, and say which one i'd watch. I'd pick Goodfellas, but it is extremely close. Very.

  • @Romansteel13 CRAP! Just disregard that first sentence on that comment.

Personally, I enjoy Casino more, but I'd say Goodfellas is the better movie.

  • @Romansteel13 Alright, I gotta go.

  • @phxsns1

    Adios, space cowboy.

  • @phxsns1

I'm going to list you some of the things QT has said.

I don’t believe in elitism. I don’t think the audience is this dumb person lower than me. I am the audience.

I like it when somebody tells me a story, and I actually really feel that that’s becoming like a lost art in American cinema.

Everything I learned as an actor, I have basically applied to writing.

I steal from every movie ever made.

I was kind of excited about going to jail the first time and I learnt some great dialogue.

  • @Romansteel13 I mean, how many people have "stolen" from the Seven Samurai's plot?

  • @phxsns1

Only one person, Eastwood. He's actually talented though, and gives credit, where credit is due. Whereas Quentin Tarantino doesn't give any credit, and passes it on for his own genius to pass on his ego. THAT's That difference. I'm starting to believe, you've never went to college, or have ever written a formal paper. IT's OKAY to quote, paraphrase, as long as your provide and credit sources, and citations.

  • @Romansteel13 I'm 15.

A Bug's Life takes the Seven Samurai's plot. So does The Magnificent Seven, which is actually a remake, though.

  • @phxsns1

MS is not a remake, a reboot of Seven Samurai in a western fashion.

A Remake is a direct representation, a clone of it's predecessor.

A Bug's Life does not take SS's Plot. That's like saying Hitler is representative of all Germans. Seven Samurai has a deeply coherent motif, I'm glad you brought up Seven Samurai. It's actually my favorite cultural masterpiece of all time. Might I add that Kurosawa, is one of the directors QT, frequently steals from. But I can't blame him, KS is GOD.

  • @Romansteel13 By KS, do you mean Kurosawa?

Yes, Seven Samurai is one of the greatest of all films. Only Kurosawa could make an 3 and a half hours go by that fast. I have yet to see Yojimbo, Sanjuro, or Ran.

  • @phxsns1

" By KS, do you mean Kurosawa?"

    No, I mean Kidney Shot.

Of course, dufus. Yojimbo is probably my second favorite film by Kurosawa.

"Only Kurosawa could make an 3 and a half hours go by that fast"

Wrong. Peter Jackson can and HAS done it too.

You are very ignorant of film. I truly pity you.

  • @Romansteel13 Well, damn, son! KS? How 'bout AK?

I don't know, man. I've never been a big Lord of the Rings, and I loved King Kong when I saw it in theaters, but I watched it recently and am now embarrassed to admit I ever liked it.

  • @phxsns1

That's your opinion. I'm not here to tell you, you can't have an opinion. You are wrong, LOTR was the milestone for every movie to come. Peter Jackson received accolade after accolade. Every Critic, even the notorious hater known as Ebert, said it was a magnificent piece of cinematic literature. Eye-candy, and visually pleasing.

Just because you don't like it, doesn't make it bad.

  • @phxsns1

'I've never been a big Lord of the Rings, and I loved King Kong when I saw it in theaters"

You saw Lord of the Rings in the theaters? You're 15 right? You were 6 when Fellowship came out. What does a 6 year old know about movies? Nothing.

  • @Romansteel13 You've got it all wrong, brotha. I only saw King Kong in theaters. I watched The Lord of the Rings after my Dad bought the dvds.

And by the way, I meant "big Lord of the Rings FAN". Sorry.

  • @phxsns1

Yeah, I was about to say. Because you were 6 years old, when LOTR Came out. It didn't compute.

  • @phxsns1

You be the judge. Wait, never mind, you are already a poor judge of character, since you thought QT was a skilled director.

  • damn... what a shame, wish I had 600 in mint conditioned coins

  • The first 3 of the old heads didn't feel it was necessary to kill them, then Rimo is like "Why take a chance?.......that's just the way i see it......" And just like that they all get whacked lol

  • i think goodfellas layla piano exit was the best use of music, hands down.

  • did hes dieded?
