@megamanrocks99 So you think these Cartoony characters are good just for their overpowered supers and critical damage.

I once tried a cartoony MK character, and it sucked. It was clunky, broken, uninspiring and overrated. That's my beef on these cartoony MK characters, they don't work SF+MK style unless they were custom MK characters with unique modes to balance them. Example: Ermac by Pneophen with three modes; MK mode, SF mode and ~MvC mode, no MK+SF mode allowed.
