@shirosaki144 cause ksf is the first special force so they have all files,All SFs are buying files from KSF,PSF buys Horror Patch,adn PSF will realease now SP Dual MK23,Players in PSF got Dual MK23 in Super Lotto or in Big Lotto

@MrJAMalone a lot of 10 year olds play this game and the creators are aware of it and have even made some updates that would interest those kids. i am also positive that the smoke effect instead of blood is for the kids that play
