im a big dude and this submission is becoming easier for me after stretching before lifting. i prefer bodytriangle guard, for mma, but love the full or rubber for grappling.

stretch AFTER your workout and you'll get 200% better results. gets the ligaments all warmed up and the blood flowing. crucial.
i mean, i've heard from some phds and stuff that that's the "way to do it."
