@Dreeeyer dont force her to like it.. slowly introduce her to the water. i introduced my lab by turning on the hose and putting it on the ground then walking away from it so he approached it himself until he slowly got the confidence to bite at the water now he always plays in the sprinklers... also give her treats when she goes near the hose so she can associate it as a good thing.
First off, this is the greatest thing ive seen on youtube. Secon off I'm startin to think all black labs act the same. Mine doesn't anymore but when he was younger he would do something like what happened in this video. Also is it just me or do all black labs love getting thier asses scratched cuz i swear to God, mine always does that just turns around when he gets next to me.

@Dreeeyer maybe put it on a mist instead all the way. as far as the water just let her find it on her own, or just have simply watch you in the water so she gets the idea,
@Dreeeyer It all depends on how they were treated as a puppy around water. for the most now all I can say is have her around other dogs who go in the water and let her do it on her own. I know mine wouldnt go past his belly for the longest time until he seen another friends dog out swimming...you just gotta let them do it on their own, including baths, the thing with labs is to be nice as possible and never discipline in a physical manner or they will link it to whatever their doing not fun
train ur dog well, my old chocolate lab Jack (unfortnetly dead) used to jump on the cunters and steal food. I recentley March 3,2009 got a black lab mixed with bernese and his training sems to be going well. In other words train him while he is young

@malkin71fan hahaha! mine is over a year old now! shes insane and always has so much energy haha and now that its warm she sticks her head out the car window, and she always sneezes when she does it haha. its so cute :)
