Not as elegant a solution as I've seen online using VBA...but then I could never get those VBA codes to work for 2007. This solution works! THANK YOU!

Suggestions sent in from Laura. Not clear - Copy list? Copy it where? I highlighted and then copied the cells and then what? Copy to where?

Suggestion from Eric, not detailed enough after highlighting the items. How did you get the menu to format the cells highlighted? I see you put your mouse curser *the + symbol) on the edge of a cell, but how did you get the menu? Ok, I did manage to hide the cells. Now when I enter the data in the cell nothing auto populates...
