wow what a tremendously awesome video, as a nets fan its really brings on nostalgia to see kenyon and kittles on the fast break, with kidd leading the way, those were the good ol years, hopefully billy king can wave his magic and get some legit pieces for deron and brook.
and then a combination of kenyon martins ego, money-hungry attitude, and injury history combined with bruce ratner's more than thrifty ways and the lack of finding a staring center besides zo's failed kidneys destroyed any potential for greatness.

The problem wasn't that Kenyon wanted the most money he could get for his job (what American doesn't?), the problem is that there was someone willing to pay him that. Twin is a tremendous post defender, who is still giving Dwight fits and slowing him down just enough for Atlanta to lead the series. He's better than 6 fouls, but won't argue that those Nets teams were perfect. It's too bad we went against a Spurs team that started two Hall of Famers.

jason collins has never been a quality starting center. how much money they paid for mutumbo again. zo was legit til martin started goin off on him and once he fixed his kidney ailment he was a beast in miami. funny how kenyon martin hated KVH and they traded him away and the frontcourt looked like crap the next year.

ratner didnt wanna pay martin, he didnt want to get a real center, he gave VC and RJ ridiculous extensions. dumped both for nothing. didnt want to pay kidd so he dumped him too
@big973e martin was the heart and soul of the nets defense. once he was shipped out, we never made it to the finals again, let alone the conference finals. and u dissed lopez which is why i said he was a great talent.
ratner is at fault, he fucked up what could have been a dynasty. don't blame these 2 great players....you fucking loser
