I am currently developing a web page that will include an entire section about the Omack Suicide Race held annually. If you would like to team up against this horrific "sport" please get in touch! I would really like to get a petition going, the more that sign it the greater the chance is to put an end to this madness.

As horrible as it sounds ive watched this...as a very young kid and only once. I can remember going to the slope they go down and it wasnt even safe for me. I remember thinking it is one of the worst things a person could get a horse to do...and for the race itself it was utter chaos; which I DID NOT enjoy at all. Its great your spreading the word.
I've actually never heard of this.. and I'm especially disgusted, because I just watched the movie Ruffian. I hate to see horses suffer, and this way?? Literally comitting suicide with out even knowing... how dispicable.
@GottoRide222 yes that is what it needs to stop. i started making this video and then my mom came home and was like what are you doing and when i tried to read the description of it to her i started like.. bawling
not even going to lie. i was like breaking down because i dont understand how someone can do that.. for 20 years.
These riders should go to Pampaluna and face bulls to get some adrenaline if they wish.

i heard of this race and it makes me disgusted
why would watching a horse run off a cliff be enteraining? its just about the stupidest thing ive ever seen
its pretty much the same this as watching someone jump off a building oh haha thats hilarious ..? this makes me sad to be a human :(
i once did a fund raiser for this acouple years ago and i made like $100 :)
