JamMan Solo thru effects unit . TRIPPY. 4/4 back to back with 5's and sixes

the plug end of the adapter tht digitech gives you with the solo has an output hole on it. the solo user manual said it was for future developments. anybody know anything about it?

i tried hooking it up to my dc brick and it worked, it got power but it made some weird noises, so i figured it was better to just use the adaptor it came with.

nah its all good, ive had it for a couple of weeks now and the DC brick is perfect to run it. thanks

will this pedal run from a boss DC brick? Is it 9volt DC. I.e. same adaptor and socket as the usual boss adapter, will that also run it. I know it comes with its own adaptor, but will it run from anything else if you know this? Im in New Zealand and the model i brought is going to arrive with the USA adaptor, so that will end up in the trash. But i have a DC Brick. hope you can help. thanks

@nznaturopath the manual says to not use anything but the supplied power thing so you'd have to call digitech and ask them if it is ok.
