my specs are as follows: Dual core snapdragon @ 1.2ghz per core. Gingerbread, 1/2 gb of RAM, and sense 3.0. I think sense might be slowing my phone down, are u running touch wiz or stock android?

TI cpus are alot better than qualcom. And I've heard that OMAP is 45nm while snapdragon is the older 65nm manufactured. Droid X will destroy all of those phones once it has 2.2. It's already higher than most of them (its called Shadow on nenamark). Can't wait to get mine tomorrow.

Even though we debate what android phone is better. We must all remember... THEY ARE ALL AWESOME AND WAY BETTER THAN iPhone!

It didn't finish first because it had the top benchmark score. It was just started first. However, not to worry, with Froyo the EVO is right up there with the Nexus one. Occasionally a bit better.

android = new symbian os.. who cares? they're going to become the "Windows" of the mobile operating system world.. but still, no one will care.. most people that have android phones won't even know that they do. just like symbian os people.. the app market is non-phone specific and certain apps don't run on the next phone, even if both are current generation. the android is sloppy. Google's mobile OS, like Symbian OS, will never have the draw of Apple's iPhone.
