Reverse Stitch Sewing (Free Sample)

Hi i am writing on behalf of my grandma. She reckons her Janome branded machine is not sewing from the bottom.

What it means that iw works fine from the top and sews properly but does not work properly from the bottom.

Please help

It could be that the bobbin thread is not not being fed out correctly.

Make sure to double check the way it should be threaded. Also the bobbin thread tension may need adjusting.
