Japanese war criminals accused for A)Crimes against Peace, B)Ordering ordinary war crimes, and C)Carrying out ordingary war crimes.
There was NO Japanese war criminal accused for Crimes against Humanity, because Japanese never planned extermination of a nation like as Nazis.
It is historical fact. Nazi and Imperial Japan were totally different.

It was true that Unit 731 did reserch of chemical and biological weapons like as other countries did, ex. US, UK, Russia, Germany, France, and etc.
But there is no evidence of their human experiment.

For instance in France, there is law to prohibit applause of war criminals prosecuted for Crimes against Humanity at Nurnberg Tribunal.
But there is no Japanese war criminals prosecuted for Crimes against Humanity at Tokyo Tribunal. It is the difference.
