@movies738: I saw an episode of Looney Tunes (old ones) where silvester paints his finger yellow and disguises his finger as a girl bird. So tweety sees it and say "I tawt I taw a (wistles)" Soooooo....going by that episode of the old Looney tunes...then yes Tweety is a boy.

The depiction of Sylvester and Tweety bothers me in this show. The fact that he chases after Tweety is wrong. The idea was that Tweety was in a cage, and Sylvester tries to eat him. There weren't nearly as many chase scenes in the original. It's Sylvester and Tweety, not Tom and Jerry.
