By Indian classical tradition I mean its Bengali classical tradition, in particular. You know the feminnine gender of such composition is called a kothuki. Kothok-- a male speaker, kothuki-- a female speaker. It derives from the word "kotha" in Bangla which means spoken words.

Is this music not by guitarist composer Armik? Was he once a band member of Gypsy Kings? He has gone solo, hasn't he?

Thanks for the video. Some photographs of actual dancers, and the paintings of imaginary or idolised ones are nice indeed. The music has a nice story-type ( it is known as kothok in Indian classical tradition) feel to it. It would be nice to see that come alive through these nice dancers.
