  • United states comes up with a disease or medical term for every little thing

  • The 1 person who disliked this video was easily won over by satan since who knews how long ago. Let God continue blessing these angelic kids with love, happieness, joy and peace so they can help continue spreading those feelings to the rest of the world ~ Amen~ <3

  • My cousin has Williams Syndrome and he is like an angel sent from above. He is so sweet, kind, full of love and an absolute joy to everyone he meets. He makes me so happy no matter how bad I'm feeling.

  • I love all these kids, I wish mine was still here with me, but I find joy in watching others with Williams

  • This seems a little like a mix of downs syndrome and mild autism... Very interesting to study but it talks about all people with williams on the same level but there can be high functioning and low functioning people with any disabilities.

  • @alwaysasn Not really autism, autism is the complete opposite!! Autistic people would prefer their own company while people with William's would much rather prefer other people than be on their own

  • i am marn i have williams syndrome life is hard for me but i would not change it for the world please lets change the word retarded it is a hurting word to say i here it all the time in diffrent places if you were disabled like i am that would hurt you also thanks

  • Splendid.

  • They are so cute!!!

  • 'Let these kids fill up your hearts... *hesitation* The way they did mine.' Tell me that wasn't a line...

  • i have social anxiety and am so socially inhibited im afraid to do anything wit hpeople anymore. take it from me man, williams syndrome is a blessing and id give anything to have it

  • I help out a family friend with Williams Syndrome and he truly is a beautiful soul. The amazing thing is these people don't even have racist or hateful thoughts. They are an example to us all in that sense.

  • @Aeschlimann1 You just have no sense of decency. You are born with the asshole syndrome.

  • my cousin has williams, funniest nicest kid in the world

  • thats my brother at 3:40 ! :]

  • I wish the whole world had this Syndrome.

  • @KuramasGirl99 You wish we all had a syndrome that leaves us physically and mentally retarded? Who would perform the heart surgery that keeps most of these kids alive? Be careful what you wish for.

  • @MsXpsytin That's not what I meant. Being really nice to someone is not retarded. What I mean is if everyone was really nice to one another, like the people with this syndrome, the world would be better.

  • @KuramasGirl99 Ok I understand now. I didn't mean to be rude but it is a fact that the average intelligence of people with William's Syndrome is 60IQ. This places them in the 'mildy retarded' category. Maybe this video demonstrates that being nice requires a certain level of naivety. Not sure if being nice really is all that good for survival though. Survival of the fittest.

  • I had read in National Geographic, that Williams Syndrome, had a genetic relation to the same gene that caused domestication in animals. Interesting thought.

  • Disability? You ask me this is a genetic upgrade. A world full of such people would be preferable to the one we have now.

  • @TraceurDoc1 It is a disability. DIS-Ability. they lose the ability to be mean, to say no, to react in a negetive manner. which is not always a bad thing. These kids arent afraid of strangers, making them even more sustainable to uhmm..."trouble." they cant say no to somebody. Its both a blessing and a loss overall

  • @the45operator I have to agree, although confirming a certain hesitation to call it a "disability", it is, semanthically, an inevitability that they are, indeed, disabled.

Such as you said, the fact that they are genetically unable to say "no" makes them much more prone to child abuse, abuse overall, kidnap, rape, among other terrible things present in society.

It is, indeed, a "blessing" of sorts, albeit, a dangerous one. If left unatended and without proper help, they are very prone to danger.

  • @bluetextonwhitebg WOW u must feel really good about yourself making fun of people with disabilities. My daughter is 3 with Williams and has more empathy and common sense. Grow up. I feel sorry for your parents.

  • My name is joshua dean and i have williams syndrome

  • Looks like a particular form of Downs Syndrome. I don't buy the empathy comparison to normal children. I've seen young children exhibit empathy for people in pain and I myself did so when I was very young.

  • @kmg501 It's not a form of Down's Syndrome, it's a totally different Syndrome. My son has Williams Syndrome, and I agree with you about the empathy comparison... I just don't think it was a very good example. Both of my kids show empathy when someone is hurt... not just the one with WS.

  • MY 11 year old brother has williams syndrome, he is the cutestkid you will ever meet. You fall in love with him as soon as you see him. We go to williams syndrome picnics. WIlliams syndrome is more of a blessing. some of the things arent to great, their personality sure is. I love kids with williams syndome, any dissability for that matter. ,<3 " Its not them that has the disability its us"

  • fascinating. first i've heard of this syndrome.
