like every ten seconds she says uhm too much so she says 2:30 is 2x60= 120 so 120/10=12 and 30/10=3 and 12+3=15 so she said uhm 15 or more times.

I can tell you know your stuff, but your use of verbal pauses like "uhm" greatly reduces your authority. You may want to try a Toastmasters club. Just a suggestion.
