What an amazing speech it was, and the examples he gave about his life/ first lady Michele's life and other people's lives were wonderful because I was actually able to relate to him better :D I'm proud of president Obama too :D
Even though I think presidential speeches are a load of crap the one I watched in my high school about the obama education speech REALLY hit home I mean not so much since trust me when I say I heard it ALL before lol but it was still good and nice to see obama acknowledge it more to the world :3 oh and you said omama LOL just had to say that.
I totally agree, like people are bashing him sayin basically its a waste of time for encouraging them to learn anything because the economy is soooo bad and I'm like WTF???? Ur the only one who can make your life as successful as it can be.....yea the ecocnomy is bad but don't let that get in the way of what you want to accomplish for your life....omg.....
Yea my friend told me that her daughter told them that they had to have the parents sign a paper saying thet they could watch the Obama speech.....it was crazy and then the Congressman from South Carolina called president Obama A LIAR!!! That was totally disrespect...

I was told to take a break from college many times. I was sick but I wasn't sick enough, in my opinion to quit. I had failed my senior thesis class twice, but I wasn't going to give up. When I took it the last time, I got an A. I know I should have taken a break, but I never gave up!

Because of its disproportionate amount of power, the rest of us are hoping the good Americans win out over the wackos. I've had two American friends in the last month ask about emigrating and I say "No way!! You can't leave! That'll tip the balance in favour of the nuts!!"
I find the debates around healthcare and this education speech more like football hooligans taunting each other than politics. Maybe Canada should stop granting visas to keep the balance?
