Some well put together music would be Dream Theatre. If you get their album, their songs always have good intros and outros. A song I would suggest by them would be the Count of Tuscany. It is a pretty long song but it is really amazing to listen to.

Blade, if you're up to listening to something new, then try some artists that aren't really mainstream, like Snowgoons, Jedi Mind Tricks, and Army of The Pharaohs (AOTP). They're more underground rap, so if you don't like that sort of genre, it's understandable; but it's really 'shut the hell up and listen' sort of music. Their lyricism is really top-notch.

Oh, and check out a Youtuber that goes by the name HypeRAPtive. He's really professional.

I know you aren't really into rock or folk or anything, but check out Cage the Elephant and Mumford and Sons. Cage has pretty trippy and laid back songs but also really meaningful heavy ones, and I've yet to meet someone who doesn't like Mumford because they're music is so intense anyone can enjoy it.
