  • still can't get my head round, the fact that he's a carpenter lool

  • I wish I was born under common law, that sure would make things easier around here.

  • The police are busy fighting the war on Tourism. Your papersplease! No papers, no travel. Stay where you are and keep doing what you're told, pay tax, shop, eat, vote, flush then shut up & get back to work. Breed more zombies for the totalitarian mercantile military media mind control complex.

    Low security = Freedom

High security is a prison classification. When the state goes on high alert it should become self-evident that you are nothing but prisoners of the state. House & field slaves

  • The really funny clip is of those two support 'officers' who told a bloke on the street to stop filming them as he was breaking the law. One of them was Singaporean or something. Very lippy but totally clueless and offensive. Should have been bitch slapped but we mustn't resort to violence in the face of these utter twats.

  • It isn't an offence to film the Police - Full stop.

However, if they can prove intent or have reasonable suspicion that the footage will be used in Terrorism or the commision of Terroism only then does it become an offence. These constables are scruffy, ignorant slobs masquerading as Police officers and should be disciplined. Bring back the Real police and not these half wit ignoramuses. Take your hands out of your pockets, sort your hair out girly and act professionally.

  • "However, if they can prove intent or have reasonable suspicion that the footage will be used in Terrorism or the commision of Terroism only then does it become an offence."

    Really, who says?

  • The section of the ACT!

  • How does this thing called an ACT have any power over us?

  • Same a the Bills passed by Congress. . . these people are supposed to represent YOU, so supposedly whatever they pass is with your agreement so therefore are ENFORCED...does that answer your question

  • So, what if I don't like their statutes/acts. If they force me to follow them against my will, am I not a slave at that point?

  • Well noticed!

  • So how are they pulling this off without violating the 13th Amendment of their Constitution?

  • Don't shoot the messenger LOL

Just repeating their words........which, I know, are all bullshit - but they believe they have power. I don't accept their power or colour of law.

  • @pankettleblack But the Terrorism Act is Statute, so only if you contract with the state, does it then become a Law which they can enforce. If you don't contract, there's still nothing they can legally do about it, and if they do attempt to stop you filming by force, they are then committing a criminal offence under Common Law (that's how I understand it anyway). Feel free to advise otherwise if you believe I'm wrong.

  • @parkamark Sounds about right to me :)

  • the police are an offense.

  • The footage was before Section 76 was enacted and it is concerning "Eliciting, publishing or communicating information about members of armed forces etc" . . .interesting them using ETC etc what :D

  • Section 76??? And who made section 76? Who does it apply to you?

  • Made?? Governments enACT statutes.. section 76 is a section of said ACTs, and they would have you believe they apply to the governed

  • Isn't involuntary servitude (slavery) illegal in the UK?

  • Its like most countries, it hidden well, its made to not look like slavery
