while ive never liked his narration of the show, preferring the new guy(i know who he is, but cant think of his name)Paul Winfield does NOT sound drunk LOL. he does have an illness, but has always sounded like that. hes also the original voice, of City Confidential w/no son. LOL all ya need 2 stop CTFU. as i think on all the crime show narrators, hes FAR from being, the worst of the lot. ive heard a few, where the narration ITSELF, shouldve had a criminal penal code or a smack-ur-ass line

I think he has some ilness of some kind and that's why he talks like that, but still I agree that voice is terrible for narrating ugh..
