Yeah but Jax became a MALE version of Lily, and if they planned for it to be anything else they missed the boat entirely. For one thing, Jax married Brenda at the wrong point in time. He slept with her when she was devestated and NOT thinking correctly. He married her when she was just left by Sonny, their whole romance was based on "What Is Sonny doing"? I dont get HOW anyone saw that as a lovestory. Yes Ingo/Vanessa had chemistry, but NOT more then MB and her, and not enough not to vomit.

ok, now I really can't sit through this. I thought I could handle it but it's getting worse. Sonny acting like Lily is the best thing since sliced bread. Urgh!!!! I never thought I would say this but "where in the hell is Jax?!!!" LOL!!!

The man is claustrophobic and had to do all he could to not feel like he was in PRISON by marrying her. Look at his face in 0:28.

Lily was what he thought he needed Brenda to be...and that MAY be true, but she wasn't Brenda and that's more than evident on Sonny's face.

Ummm..I never said that I didn't understand why he married her. I get it. Seriously, who wants to go to jail?? I just have a hard time sitting through him rubbing and kissing Lily. Of course he had to put on face in front of Lily but that doesn't mean that it doesn't make me want to throw up. I'm just ready to see Sonny be jealous. That's the only reason why I want the Jax stuff. Another thing, why are you getting heated over this? LOL!! It was just a joke.

Who said tone can't be read via virtual messages?! You didn't know about my super powers.LOL! As an SnB Fan at heart, I will always want my Sonny&Brenda. However, Sonny was moving on with his life when he married Lily. So, Brenda had no choice but to move on with hers. That's why I was ok with Jax. It would have killed me to watch Brenda go through this by herself. Since I am still a GH watcher,(*sigh*, yeah the show blows, right now), my opinions about Sonny and Jax has changed over the years.

I dont think it was as bad as we all thought! LOL. Sonny did love/care for Lily, and him having sex with her probably wasnt as bad as we wanted it to be. He probably did enjoy a lot of it, if not all. I mean Lily was pretty and sorta kind (besides with Brenda) so he wasnt doing a troll. It just wasnt his soulmate. I think Jax and Brenda were the same, Brenda did have a love for him and didnt mind being with him, he just didnt light her on fire with passion like Sonny Corinthos!

I worked overtime to save up money to buy my S&B edits. As I watch the S&B story over and over again (yep, I'm addicted...AGAIN), I understand it better today at age 30 than I did at age 15. Especially given my past relationships. LOL!! Sonny did love Lily and Brenda loved Jax. That S&B love was just more powerful. It was a drug. Oh, I thought Lily was very pretty. The make-up department really stepped their game up when it got closer to Clink-Boom. LOL!!!

@PriscillaJoe But you know the part that was kinda sucky about Sonny was......he sold out so much.....to avoid prison...and he is in a living prison anyway......to live like that is not living.....it's just like serving a prison sentence anyway.

As a Sonny this scene hurts in terms of Lily's death. Sonny must have replayed this conversation with her over and over after clink-boom.

And I must agree. The whole burning of the dress was just a stupid plot point! Further torture for SnB'ers! :(
