Yes, she is LipSyncing here. You are forced to here, but She OFTEN lipsyncs at her concerts. She's a modern pop artist, they ALL do...Because of all the effects musicians in this day and age put on there recodings, and if you listen she puts HEAPS on hers, it's impossible to sing live and sound how you do on the CD.
