Crazy High Vertical Jump, Really High Box Jumping, 51" Wow!

I made 61 inches (high box jump) as I was 14 years old bruh!! I was 5 ft. 5 in. back then. Now I'm 26 years old and 5 ft. 9 in. Oh yeah and I'm white ;) I think 61 inches for someone who never trained to jump high is pretty good!!

Yes landing on foam is different but you still have to create enough force to get up there

Exactly. A vertical jump means the total height you can elevate your body. In other words the top of his head should be 51" higher than when he's standing on the floor. He could be slam dunking with 51".

It's a nice jump but not what is called a vertical jump, in the sense of how high you propel yourself. Which is what is usually meant.

Nobody is hating (not you MagicBaylorKid, the others complaining) when they're pointing it out.
