I have EHX Falnger Hoax for 6 months now and i still didnt learn how to use it properly... i have no idea how long would it take to handle with this shit
I realize that the way they're designed, they probably have very little in common, but given the choice between the Tracer City and the Robot Factory Photron, which would you take? Both are crazy filters, after all.
@ShaneDignan both are very different, the Photron is more like a fat synth envelope (higher headroom with 12V AC) while the Tracer City seems to be even more crazy but a bit lusher compared to the photron...
@elefantkaputt ...I don't understand this question man. Just plug it in to a bass. Not trying to sound like a jerk but electric guitars and bass guitars hook up the same way with the same cables. What would hold this thing back from working with a bass?
@musicman7478 well, normally bass players try to use only pedals which dont "cut" the lower ends... often, guitar pedals do cut lower ends and a bass without lower ends is aweful... so my actual question is if anybody knows if this thing can properly distort lower ends without cuttin em get me?

I know what you mean but, isn't there ways to use the pedal even if it does cut low end? Like, use it with an eq to boost the lows or something? Wouldn't that work?
@musicman7478 well. basically youre right :D but i always prefer pedals on which o dont need to work with an eq cus it always sounds better if you dont have to add the lower ends after the distortion... and without lower ends you can play leed bass like in death drom above 1979 but since im doin rhythm bass i needz dome lower ends^^ guitars are much easier to put effects on...

I've said it before and I'll say it again. I just don't know how you do it. Tweakmaster is what you are! Just imagine this thing having presets!! I'd buy one, make some of them myself and then pay you an awfull amount of money to set the rest up for me!
