A pick up and hold order was issued for the suspect. He was arrested early the next morning. (CN 05-189913)

I've seen Roger and Zapp so many times because they seemed to be everybody's opening act in the 80s and they rocked it everytime. Also saw them once in the early or mid 90s at an outdoor festival and they still rocked the crowd.
