@Darkdana101 sure, press ctrl L and the layers box should come up. If you have lost the entire thing like all the other boxes too, like Channels and Paths, go into the Windows menu up the top, Then recently closed docks and it should be there. Hope this helped, if it didnt just give me more detail and i'll see what else might work :)

i can find it (sortof) but i think it doesn't work.. because everytime i use the eraser i erase the picture because the alpha channel is still white

how do you add an alpha channel?

@DaniqueBiancax in the layers panel on the side, right click the new layer and go down to Select alpha channel or something like that, its toward the bottom of the drop down bar.. hopes this helps, comment if u cant find it, i'll make a pic tutorial =)
