  • You should puts real holds on yours stairs, pockets and crimps (these are the hardest holds i think)... You will improve faster cause your stairs are a lot easier to pull yourself...

In other words retarded, you gain muscle by strength training(weight lifting, conditionining, etc.) It's called bulking up. You wana gain weight in muscle not fat and you eat protien and stuff like that for your muscles to grow.
