  • Awesome! I would've LOVED to play on one of these as a kid! The little round hidey hole looks like a hobbit hole.

  • Great video! It's funny, though: this is what my homeschoolers do every day. :)

  • A step beyond is to add in natural mentors. Adults who are able to get back into the child's world and be with them in that space. So much more natural learning could happen, for instance; when the kids were building tri-pods for a fort -- if the knots and lashings fall apart or it isn't sturdy enough to hold the weight of the blanket -- a natural mentor could be there to offer to "teach" knots and lashings as a big kid in a kid friendly way.Also asking guiding questions. What kind of tree?
