@alsybroth he's just an autistic fan. before Sirius bought XM, and for a little while after, they were in a different building that had a huge studio and an outside area that had bleachers where fans would come up and just watch them do the show through the glass like weirdos, and they would often talk to those weirdos. Bobo was one of them.  i guess he just kept coming, and they realized how oddly funny he was
