Actually the Spy doesn't have cheap tactics. It's very hard to get behind enemy lines and blend in. You should try Spy some time.

It's pretty easy with the new unlocks these days. Doesn't take much strategy to use the cloak and dagger to get behind lines.

Still takes a bit of skill to actually use that position to success, though. Being behind enemy lines is useless if you don't know what to do.
