This is not even CLOSE to the hardest plank possible. Base on this i wouldn't let this guy train someone i hate. Simply lifting an arm while doing what is show is much more difficult. Try this, in the plank position show here move you elbows/forearms 20cm forward (under your chin/nose) and 6 cm together. Oh, in ANY plank tighten the glutes!
