@alivsfrazier12 ha im a lightheavy weight im 11-0 but ive felt some of those in sparring matches when i first started out i thought it was weak but i misjudged that they hurt and can defently can knock you on your butt or just knock you out but mma also teaches you respect which is good too so respect your opponents and never misjudge them or else youll be face down on the canvas and wake up not remembering where you are
