I remember having this cassette '13' back in 1999. I just simply bought it with the other cassette 'Butterfinger' M'sian Grunge band. I felt regret buyin' these 2 albums cuz I don't know WTF they play & sang 'bout. each tracks boring & sound mixed. I can't stand it. At that moment, it just happened, getting 2 know these 2 bands. Is it bcoz of sound effect & art? The more I listen, the more I got addicted. Blur was a fantastic band in the 90s, so does Butterfinger.. Man...time flies fuckin' fast.

@rodrigoNIN90 funny you say this, I remember at the time of release I was in the blur fan club and on the message forums I talked about how this was a glimpse into a heavy blur and how awesome it would sound if they made a heavy album all like this. Of course, that would never happen and I respect that, but you gotta love how they have no boundaries and include little random genre slips like this. Artistic credit that is much missed out in todays music.
