@Necromancer7161 I read almost all of Lovecraft's published works back in the '90s. I was re-reading everything and making the little videos like this one, but got sucked back into "The real world" and haven't read any HPL in a couple years now.
My little brain wants to quake in revolt to your declamation that Nyarlathotep is human -- you are the first to point this out. He is my favourite of Lovecraft's Great Old Ones. Lovecraft names Nyarlathotep as Avatar, and certainly He is not mortal in "Dream Quest on Unknown Kadath" -- & there is some speculation that he is ye daemonic Black Man in "Dreams of the Witch House." Your insights are too beguiling! Ia!
